Water is by community well, Community Association fee is $160, this manages the well. All ranches in the area. Beautiful open views and some very nice homes. This could be your piece of Arizona. Perfect bug out location, camping and atv's would be amazing as well. The roads are in good shape, no 4 w/d needed to reach the land.
